#4 We only lease properties from landlords who are accredited with Know Your Landlord.

  • We evaluate every application fairly, without regard to race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, or familial status. All applicants are welcome.

  • We only ask for essential information needed to process your application, making the process smoother and more accessible for everyone.

  • We don’t even need to show landlords your name, to protect from discrimination.

Our application process is designed to be accessible to all.

  • We will find you a home according to your needs, not because of how much you can pay!

  • If you require any assistance or accessibility standards and features in completing your application, please let us know — we're here to help.

  • We only list homes for life with no end lease date.

We pledge to always stand up for our tenants, ensuring they can live freely and comfortably without landlord-imposed rules. We also check all our listings against the minimum standards. We use rental inspections to see how we can improve things, not to punish tenants.
